Dan Marso graduated from Johnson & Wales University with an Associates Degree in Business Administration. Dan is a Licensed Telecommunications Contractor with Rhode Island state licenses in Telephony, Data, Sound and Video.
Dan has a wide range of experience, having worked 33 years with the Bell System, AT&T, and Lucent
Technologies. Working in all aspects of the Telecommunications Industry, both in the crafts and in management. With experience in Business Services and residential services. Mr. Marso spent five years as The resident technician at the United States Naval Submarine Base at Groton/New London, CT, where he was responsible for all telecommunications for the base and upkeep of telecommunications for all twenty attack submarines home ported at Submarine Base Groton.
Dan is a past president of the Telephone Pioneers of America, and is currently honored with a permanent Life Membership.

Deborah L. Marso, Secretary/Treasurer
Deborah L. Marso, co-founder of Cardinal Communications Inc., directs the Accounts Receivables and
Account Payable departments, along with the payroll and sales tax group for the corporation. Deborah is the corporate liaison officer for corporate taxes. Along with her experience, Deborah brings a high level of energy to the corporation, which enhances the commitment, to quality of service and personifies the friendly service that we are committed to.

Daniel’s experience in the Telecommunication industry began in 1999, when he started his apprenticeship with the company. Daniel quickly earned his Rhode Island state license as a Data Technician, and followed shortly after with his Voice Technician License. Daniel quickly qualified as a Lead Technician for the company, and has designed and completed hundreds of data and voice implementations for Cardinal. Daniel has attended various AVAYA® factory training earning certification on AVAYA® Partner® Systems, and has factory training on AVAYA® DEFINITY® PBX. Daniel is certified on the ENGENIUS® Wireless systems, the “long range leader in Wireless”. Daniel is pursuing his State Telecommunications Systems Contractors (TSC) license. David G. Marso, TST, Data
David’s telecommunication experience began in 1999, when he started his apprenticeship with Cardinal.
David earned his Rhode Island state license as a Data Technician in 2000. Dave has designed and built
Hundreds of data networks to the desktop, and has an almost uncanny record of perfection with Data
Terminations and testing, boasting a 99.99% success rate on desktop implementations. Dave has attended
AVAYA® DEFINITY® training, and has qualified with AVAYA® PARTNER® ACS systems. Dave is
